Preferential rates have been secured at the Millennium Hotel, Copthorne Hotel & Resort Lakefront and Holiday Inn for conference attendees. It is strongly recommended that you book your accommodation prior to 24 June 2024 to ensure you gain the negotiated rates.

Cost - Prices are in New Zealand Dollars, GST inclusive. These preferential room only rates are listed as per room, per night and based on single, twin or double occupancy unless otherwise stated.

Payment and Cancellations - You will need to provide your credit card details to secure your booking, however, you can elect to pay your conference fee by direct credit/bank transfer. Bank details will be on the invoice you receive once you have completed the online registration form. Please check the individual Terms and Conditions of each hotel for further information regarding payment and cancellation policies.

Accommodation Requests - If you require pre and/or post conference accommodation (or you cannot select dates to cover the full duration of your stay), please go ahead and book the available dates during registration and specify the additional nights required. The Conference Managers will liaise with the hotel and confirm your request for additional nights directly.
