On-Site Registrations

We look forward to welcoming you to this years' RANZCR NZ ASM. Please find below information that may be of assistance.

Conference Venues
Clinical Radiology and Combined Faculty sessions will be at the Millennium Hotel.
Radiation Oncology sessions will take place at the Copthorne Hotel.

Name Badge Collection
Self-printing name badge kiosks will be available near the information desk. Simply enter your name or scan your QR code located on the home screen of the conference app. Support staff will be on hand to assist, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Admission to the scientific sessions and exhibition is by name badge only.

Information Desk
The information desk will be in the pre-function area at the Millennium and Copthorne Hotels and will be open from 0730 on Friday 2 August.

Wi-Fi
The RANZCR conference provides free Wi-Fi for delegates. To connect to the Millennium or Copthorne Conference Wi-Fi network, open your browser, on the hotel homepage select "visitor" and enter the code: RANZCR24

Conference App
A conference app will be used at the RANZCR NZ ASM and will be available for download on your mobile devices before the conference. Check your email for personalised login details.
In the app, open the 'My Program' widget to view your registration details - including favourited program sessions, social functions and conference accommodation. 

On-Site Parking
Limited car parking is available at the Millennium and Copthorne Hotels; additional parking is available on Melbourne and Adelaide Street. There are road works on Frankton Road, so please allow plenty of time for travel.

Conference Dinner
Saturday 3 August, 1900 - The Winehouse
Travel: Return coaches to the Millennium have been arranged, departing at 1840 and returning at 2200, with returns half hourly afterwards.

INR and IR Breakfast Session
Please plan on a 0645 arrival for breakfast, for a prompt 0700 session start.

Important Health Reminder
As flu season is upon us, we kindly ask that you respect your colleagues and refrain from attending the conference if you are feeling unwell. Your consideration helps ensure the health and well-being of everyone involved.

Dress Code
The dress code for all scientific program sessions is smart casual.

Attendance Certificates
Attendance certificates will be emailed in pdf format following conference closing.

Post-Conference Access to Presentations
On-demand content will be available from 9 August to 30 November 2024.
